The Sun Will Shine

In the middle of the dark hours, there exists a glimmer of hope.

The glimmer of hope that things will be better. The glimmer of hope that a bad situation will improve. The glimmer of hope that a hopeless situation will turn around. The glimmer of hope that sad times will become good times.

The sun symbolizes life. The sun symbolizes life to the less privileged. It symbolizes life to the downtrodden. It symbolizes life to the vulnerable in society. It symbolizes life to the differently-abled. It symbolizes life to the needy. It symbolizes life to the hopeless.

We are the people that will make this sun shine into the lives of the humans in need. Humans don’t exist as islands, that’s why every human has a community he/she belongs to. Part of our commitment as humans should be to provide succor to them. Virtually all the religions in the world today, preach love. Even atheists know that humanity comes first before anything else. We should be humans, to humans in need. We should act like those that carry the hopes of other people that we are better than.

We all have to be passionate about bringing hope to the needy. The hope that heals, the hope that brings life.

Let’s be the sun that will bring life to the needy, vulnerable, hopeless, differently-abled, and the downtrodden.

Let’s meet their pressing needs.

Let’s provide that shelter for them.

Let’s put food on their table.

Let’s enroll their children in school to enable them to have a bright future.

Let’s leave no stone unturned

We all can contribute our quota to do this

Life will become more meaningful for us and the people we help if we do this and many more.

The Sun will shine again.
